Review-comment storage for reviewjs/annotate, backed by Cloudflare KV. Comments on an allowlisted page are public to read; only one GitHub account can write them.
Add a site in the admin view, then drop one tag on it:

Open a reviewed page with #annotate-login to get the sign-in pill.
Paste the URL and the page is served back through here with the review layer already on it. Its own scripts are blocked, so it is a read-and-comment copy, not the live site. The page still has to be on the allowlist.
There is also a bookmarklet, which keeps the page interactive but only works where the site’s CSP allows it.
